1 3 #1. Page 11, line 12, by striking the figure
1 4 "1,600,000" and inserting the following: "1,630,000".
1 5 #2. Page 11, by inserting after line 17 the
1 6 following:
1 7 "___. Of the amount appropriated in this section,
1 8 not more than $30,000 shall be used by the department
1 9 to carry out the provisions of 1998 Iowa Acts, Senate
1 10 File 429, if enacted by the Seventy-seventh General
1 11 Assembly, 1998 Session. However, if Senate File 429
1 12 is not enacted, the amount appropriated under this
1 13 section for the administration and enforcement of
1 14 navigation laws and water safety shall be reduced by
1 15 $30,000."
