  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8303, to House File 2335, as

  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 2 through 17 and
  1  4 inserting the following:
  1  5    "#   .  By striking page 6, line 35, through page
  1  6 7, line 1, and inserting the following:  "interest in
  1  7 agricultural land of more than six hundred and forty
  1  8 acres."
  1  9    "#   .  Page 8, lines 32 and 33, by striking the
  1 10 words "one thousand five hundred" and inserting the
  1 11 following:  "six hundred and forty"."
