  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8152, to House File 2494 as

  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 8 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "#   .  Page 7, by inserting after line 6 the
  1  6 following:
  1  7    "___.  Regardless of whether the regulation is
  1  8 expressly authorized by state law, this section shall
  1  9 not apply to a county's jurisdiction and control over
  1 10 secondary roads, or the assessment or collection of
  1 11 moneys for costs associated with increased maintenance
  1 12 of the roads due to the use of the roads by an animal
  1 13 feeding operation.""
  1 14    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
