1 2 #1. Page 35, by inserting after line 19 the
1 3 following:
1 4 "c. Beginning January 1, 1999, for each member who
1 5 retired from the system prior to July 1, 1986, the
1 6 amount of regular monthly retirement allowance
1 7 attributable to membership and prior service that was
1 8 payable to the member, or the beneficiary or
1 9 contingent annuitant of the member, for December 1998
1 10 shall be increased by fifteen percent.
1 11 d. Beginning January 1, 1999, for each member who
1 12 retired from the system on or after July 1, 1986, but
1 13 before July 1, 1990, the amount of regular monthly
1 14 retirement allowance attributable to membership and
1 15 prior service that was payable to the member, or the
1 16 beneficiary or contingent annuitant of the member, for
1 17 December 1998 shall be increased by seven percent."
1 18 #2. By renumbering as necessary.
