1 7 88A.16, subsection 2, is subject to a civil penalty of
1 8 one hundred dollars."
1 9 #3. Page 2, line 1, by inserting after the word
1 10 "designee" the following: ", on forms provided by the
1 11 operator or the operator's designee,".
1 12 #4. Page 4, line 5, by striking the word "four"
1 13 and inserting the following: "two".
