1 12 battery, tire, and allied; investment counseling;
1 13 service charges of all financial institutions; barber
1 14 and beauty; boat repair; vehicle wash and wax;
1 15 carpentry; roof, shingle, and glass repair; dance
1 16 schools and dance studios; dating services; dry
1 17 cleaning, pressing, dyeing, and laundering; electrical
1 18 and electronic repair and installation; rental of
1 19 tangible personal property, except mobile homes which
1 20 are tangible personal property; excavating and
1 21 grading; farm implement repair of all kinds; flying
1 22 service; furniture, rug, upholstery repair and
1 23 cleaning; fur storage and repair; golf and country
1 24 clubs and all commercial recreation; house and
1 25 building moving; household appliance, television, and
1 26 radio repair; jewelry and watch repair; limousine
1 27 service, including driver; machine operator; machine
1 28 repair of all kinds; motor repair; motorcycle,
1 29 scooter, and bicycle repair; oilers and lubricators;
1 30 office and business machine repair; painting,
1 31 papering, and interior decorating; parking facilities;
1 32 pipe fitting and plumbing; wood preparation; licensed
1 33 executive search agencies; private employment
1 34 agencies, excluding services for placing a person in
1 35 employment where the principal place of employment of
1 36 that person is to be located outside of the state;
1 37 sewage services for nonresidential commercial
1 38 operations; sewing and stitching; shoe repair and
1 39 shoeshine; sign construction and installation; storage
1 40 of household goods, mini-storage, and warehousing of
1 41 raw agricultural products; swimming pool cleaning and
1 42 maintenance; taxidermy services; telephone answering
1 43 service; test laboratories, including mobile testing
1 44 laboratories and field testing by testing
1 45 laboratories, and excluding tests on humans or
1 46 animals; termite, bug, roach, and pest eradicators;
1 47 tin and sheet metal repair; turkish baths, massage,
1 48 and reducing salons, excluding services provided by
1 49 massage therapists licensed under chapter 152C;
1 50 weighing; welding; well drilling; wrapping, packing,
2 1 and packaging of merchandise other than processed
2 2 meat, fish, fowl and vegetables; wrecking service;
2 3 wrecker and towing; pay television; campgrounds;
2 4 carpet and upholstery cleaning; gun and camera repair;
2 5 janitorial and building maintenance or cleaning; lawn
2 6 care, landscaping and tree trimming and removal; pet
2 7 grooming; reflexology; security and detective
2 8 services; tanning beds or salons; and water
2 9 conditioning and softening."
2 10 #3. Title page, line 7, by inserting after the
2 11 word "hospitals" the following: "and services
2 12 provided by licensed massage therapists".
