  1  3    #1.  Page 11, line 3, by inserting after the figure
  1  4 "2." the following:  "The board of directors may
  1  5 contract with a public or private postsecondary
  1  6 institution with an approved practitioner preparation
  1  7 program, or with a member of the instructional staff
  1  8 of an approved practitioner preparation program, to
  1  9 perform the duties of the district facilitator in
  1 10 accordance with this chapter."
