  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8080, to House File 2339 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 29, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "dollars." the following:  "The remedial account shall
  1  5 pay the remainder, as required by federal regulations,
  1  6 of the total costs of the corrective action for that
  1  7 release, not to exceed one million dollars."
