  1  1    Amend House File 2504, as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 8, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "service" the following:  "and shall be imprisoned in
  1  4 the county jail for not less than seven days".
  1  5    #2.  Page 1, line 13, by inserting after the word
  1  6 "dollars" the following:  ", imprisonment for not less
  1  7 than thirty days,".
  1  8    #3.  Page 1, line 24, by inserting after the word
  1  9 "offense" the following:  ", shall be imprisoned in
  1 10 the county jail for not less than forty-eight hours,".
  1 11    #4.  Page 1, line 28, by inserting after the word
  1 12 "misdemeanor" the following:  ", shall be imprisoned
  1 13 in the county jail for not less than seven days,".
  1 14    #5.  Page 1, line 32, by inserting after the word
  1 15 "felony" the following:  ", shall be imprisoned for
  1 16 not less than thirty days,".
  1 17    #6.  Page 2, line 3, by inserting after the word
  1 18 "offense" the following:  ", shall be imprisoned in
  1 19 the county jail for not less than forty-eight hours,".
  1 20    #7.  Page 2, line 9, by inserting after the word
  1 21 ""b"" the following:  ", except that the person shall
  1 22 be imprisoned in the county jail for not less than
  1 23 forty-eight hours".

  1 25 "misdemeanor" the following:  ", shall be imprisoned
