  1  1    Amend the Senate amendment, H-8119, to House File
  1  2 299, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the House,
  1  3 as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 10, by inserting after line 11 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "In addition, notwithstanding any provision of this
  1  7 section to the contrary, an employee who has been
  1  8 tested six times pursuant to subsection 8, paragraph
  1  9 "a", during a calendar year shall be excluded from any
  1 10 pool of employees subject to unannounced drug or
  1 11 alcohol testing pursuant to subsection 8, paragraph
  1 12 "a", for the remainder of the calendar year."
