  1  1    Amend the Senate amendment, H-8119, to House File
  1  2 299, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the House,
  1  3 as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 10, line 12, by inserting after the word
  1  5 "receipt" the following:  "of a confirmed positive
  1  6 drug test relating to the use of drugs that had
  1  7 previously been lawfully prescribed to the employee,
  1  8 or upon receipt".
