  1  5    #2.  Page 1, by striking lines 3 and 4 and
  1  6 inserting the following:
  1  7    "1.  Every real estate installment sales contract
  1  8 transferring an interest".
  1  9    #3.  Title page, line 1, by inserting after the
  1 10 words "for the" the following:  "mandatory".
  1 11    #4.  Title page, line 2, by inserting after the
  1 12 word "estate" the following:  "installment sales".
