  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8054, to House File 681 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 5, by inserting after line 13 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "d.  Information pertaining to any violation found
  1  6 and disclosed in an environmental audit report which
  1  7 was not corrected within sixty days of the completion
  1  8 of the audit.  Once disclosed as part of an
  1  9 environmental audit, the department may only grant an
  1 10 extension of the correction time on reasonable
  1 11 grounds."
