  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8054, to House File 681 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 4, line 30, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "purpose." the following:  "If a court or presiding
  1  5 officer determines the privilege has been asserted for
  1  6 a fraudulent purpose, the court or presiding officer
  1  7 shall impose a fine not to exceed one thousand
  1  8 dollars."
