  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8054, to House File 681 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 9, by inserting before line 20 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec. ___.  NEW SECTION.  455J.14  EXCLUSION.
  1  6    A facility or operation which includes an animal
  1  7 feeding operation structure as defined in section
  1  8 455B.161 is not eligible for any privilege or immunity
  1  9 granted under this chapter."
  1 10    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
