  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8076, to House File 2282 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking line 15 and inserting the
  1  4 following:  "infrastructure purposes.
  1  5    3.  If federal rules or regulations are adopted
  1  6 relating to the distribution or utilization of funds
  1  7 allocated to the state department of education
  1  8 pursuant to this section which are inconsistent with
  1  9 the provisions of this section, the state department
  1 10 of education shall adopt rules to comply with the
  1 11 requirements of the federal rules or regulations.""
