  1  1    Amend Senate File 2073, as passed by the Senate, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 16, the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec. ___.  LEGISLATIVE INTENT.  It is the intent
  1  6 of the general assembly that the provisions of this
  1  7 Act shall only apply to one singular procedure.  It is
  1  8 also the intent of the general assembly that this Act
  1  9 comply with the constitutional limitations imposed on
  1 10 the states by the United States supreme court
  1 11 precedents which are in effect on the effective date
  1 12 of this Act."
  1 13    #2.  By numbering and renumbering as necessary.
