  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8032, to House File 2166 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking line 10 and inserting the
  1  4 following:  "establishment and if the food is labeled
  1  5 to identify the name and address of the person
  1  6 preparing the food and the common name of the food,
  1  7 and to state that the food is prepared in a kitchen
  1  8 that is not subject to state inspection, regulation,
  1  9 or licensure."
