  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8028, to House File 2163, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 4 through 29, and
  1  4 inserting the following:
  1  5    ""Section 1.  Section 321A.17, Code 1997, is
  1  6 amended by adding the following new subsection:
  1  7    NEW SUBSECTION.  7.  This section shall not apply
  1  8 to an individual whose administrative license
  1  9 revocation has been rescinded, and who is otherwise
  1 10 under no obligation to furnish proof of financial
  1 11 responsibility.""
  1 12    #2.  Page 1, line 32, by striking the word
  1 13 "liability" and inserting the following:
  1 14 "responsibility".
