  1  1    Amend House File 2096 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 2, the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec. ___.  Section 809A.14, subsection 7, Code
  1  5 1997, is amended by adding the following new paragraph
  1  6 and relettering subsequent paragraphs:
  1  7    NEW PARAGRAPH.  a.  Forfeited property used in
  1  8 connection with a violation of section 200.14 shall be
  1  9 first used to satisfy the civil penalty imposed upon
  1 10 the person as provided in section 200.18."
  1 11    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
