  1  2 8, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, line 14, by striking the word
  1  5 "pursuant" and inserting the following:  "including
  1  6 but not limited".
  1  7    #2.  Page 1, line 15, by inserting after the figure
  1  8 "728" the following:  "or any other public offense
  1  9 which is punishable by fine or imprisonment".
