  1  1    Amend the Senate amendment, H-1975, to House File
  1  2 731, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the House,
  1  3 as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 2, line 27, by inserting after the word
  1  5 "state." the following:  "During the fiscal year
  1  6 beginning July 1, 1997, and ending June 30, 1998, the
  1  7 following statement shall be printed on each lottery
  1  8 ticket "A portion of the proceeds from the sale of
  1  9 this ticket will be used to subsidize location of a
  1 10 meat packing plant in Iowa.""
