  1  1    Amend the Senate amendment, H-1975, to House File
  1  2 731, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the House,
  1  3 as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 35 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "If the assistance provided from the ag-initiative
  1  7 2000 subaccount or any other fund for value-adding
  1  8 production assistance is in the form of a repayable
  1  9 loan, payments on the loan shall be deposited into the
  1 10 general fund of the state.  If such loans are not
  1 11 repaid, in whole or in part, those payments shall be
  1 12 paid from the strategic investment fund to the general
  1 13 fund of the state."
