  1  1    Amend Senate File 542, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 8, by inserting after line 7 the
  1  4 following:  
  1  5                      "DIVISION III
  1  6          CLEAN FUND REPEAL – LOTTERY TRANSFER
  1  7    Sec.    .  EXCESS LOTTERY REVENUES – FY 1994-1995.
  1  8 The lottery revenues received during the fiscal year
  1  9 beginning July 1, 1994, which remain in the lottery
  1 10 fund following transfers made pursuant to 1995 Iowa
  1 11 Acts, chapter 220, section 16, and 1996 Iowa Acts,
  1 12 chapter 1219, section 14, and following the amounts
  1 13 appropriated and enacted in this division of this Act
  1 14 or in any other Act of the Seventy-seventh General
  1 15 Assembly, 1997 Session, shall be transferred and
  1 16 credited to the general fund of the state."
  1 17    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
