  1  3 and inserting the following:  "year".
  1  4    #2.  Page 6, line 25, by striking the words and
  1  5 figures "and July 1, 1997,".
  1  6    #3.  Page 6, by striking line 32 and inserting the
  1  7 following:  "fiscal year beginning July 1, 1996, 100".
  1  8    #4.  Page 7, line 18, by striking the figure and
  1  9 words "25 million dollars" and inserting the
  1 10 following:  "$15 million".
