  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 18 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "3.  For a grant to procure the property on which
  1  5 Fort Des Moines, which is listed on the national
  1  6 historic registry, is located:  
  1  7 .................................................. $    500,000
  1  8    Allocation of moneys pursuant to this subsection
  1  9 shall be contingent upon at least a dollar-for-dollar
  1 10 local match of state grant moneys."
