  1  5    #2.  Page 2, line 19, by inserting after the figure
  1  6 "15" the following:  "in accordance with capitol
  1  7 complex renovation plans".
  1  8    #3.  Page 6, line 29, by inserting after the word
  1  9 and figure "subsection 3" the following:  ", provided
  1 10 that the department, to the best of its abilities,
  1 11 expend the funds on projects which meet the definition
  1 12 of vertical infrastructure".
