  1  1    Amend House File 733 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 6, line 1, by striking the words "private
  1  3 person" and inserting the following:  "public or
  1  4 private entity".
  1  5    #2.  Page 6, line 5, by inserting after the word
  1  6 "property." the following:  "The department shall
  1  7 contract with an independent entity to develop a bid
  1  8 for the division of design and construction to conduct
  1  9 the survey which shall be considered along with other
  1 10 bids received regarding the survey."
