1 4 "Sec. . There is appropriated from the rebuild
1 5 Iowa infrastructure fund, notwithstanding section
1 6 8.57, subsection 5, paragraph "c", to the division of
1 7 soil conservation of the department of agriculture and
1 8 land stewardship for the fiscal year beginning July 1,
1 9 1997, and ending June 30, 1998, the following amount,
1 10 or so much thereof as is necessary, to be used for the
1 11 purpose designated:
1 12 For allocation to soil and water conservation
1 13 districts in equal amounts to support the voluntary
1 14 establishment of soil and water conservation practices
1 15 on a cost-share basis as provided in section 161A.73:
