  1  1    Amend the Senate amendment, H-1692, to House File
  1  2 707, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the House,
  1  3 as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 3, by inserting after line 10 the
  1  5 following:  "However, in the discretion of the court,
  1  6 if no personal or property injury has resulted from
  1  7 the defendant's actions, up to five hundred dollars of
  1  8 the fine may be waived."
  1  9    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
