  1  1    Amend House File 731 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 4, by inserting after line 29 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  EXCESS LOTTERY REVENUES – FY 1994-
  1  5 1995.  The lottery revenues received during the fiscal
  1  6 year beginning July 1, 1994, which remain in the
  1  7 lottery fund following transfers made pursuant to 1995
  1  8 Iowa Acts, chapter 220, section 16, and 1996 Iowa
  1  9 Acts, chapter 1219, section 14, and following the
  1 10 amounts appropriated and enacted under any Act of the
  1 11 Seventy-seventh General Assembly, 1997 Session, shall
  1 12 be transferred and credited to the general fund of the
  1 13 state."
