  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-1563, to Senate File 184, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, line 37, by inserting after the word
  1  5 "sheriff." the following:  "However, irrespective of
  1  6 whether the judgment lien for the amount of the claim
  1  7 has been perfected, the claim shall not have priority
  1  8 over competing claims for child support obligations
  1  9 owed by the person."
