  1  1    Amend House File 724 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, lines 13 and 14, by striking the words
  1  3 "with a population of twenty-five thousand or more".
  1  4    #2.  Page 1, line 17, by inserting after the word
  1  5 "tracts," the following:  "block numbering areas, or
  1  6 block groups, or by designating census-designated
  1  7 places".
  1  8    #3.  Page 1, line 19, by striking the words "with a
  1  9 population of twenty-five thousand or more".
  1 10    #4.  Page 1, line 20, by inserting after the word
  1 11 "tracts" the following:  ", block numbering areas,
  1 12 block groups, or designated places".
  1 13    #5.  Page 1, line 21, by inserting after the word
  1 14 "tracts" the following:  ", block numbering areas,
  1 15 block groups, or designated places".
  1 16    #6.  Page 1, by striking lines 23 through 25 and
