  1  1    Amend House File 724 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 2, line 16, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "hour." the following:  "However, in a county with a
  1  4 population in excess of two hundred fifty thousand,
  1  5 the business shall pay an average wage that is at or
  1  6 greater than one hundred percent of the average county
  1  7 wage."
