  1  1    Amend Senate File 515, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 7, line 2, by inserting before the word
  1  4 "is" the following:  "or".
  1  5    #2.  Page 7, by striking lines 3 through 11 and
  1  6 inserting the following:  "alleged delinquent act of
  1  7 violence against a person.  However, if the child is
  1  8 thirteen twelve years of age or older, the child may
  1  9 be restrained by metal handcuffs only, for the purpose
  1 10 of transportation in a vehicle which is not equipped
  1 11 with a rear seat cage for prisoner transport and if
  1 12 the child is being taken into custody for an alleged
  1 13 delinquent act of violence against a person.  The
  1 14 child may also be restrained by".
