  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 7, line 25, by striking the words "public
  1  4 offense" and inserting the following:  "simple
  1  5 misdemeanor involving violence against a person, a
  1  6 serious or aggravated misdemeanor, or a felony".
  1  7    #2.  Page 8, by striking lines 14 and 15, and
  1  8 inserting the following:  "would be an a simple
  1  9 misdemeanor involving violence against a person, a
  1 10 serious or aggravated misdemeanor, or a felony shall
  1 11 be is a public record and shall not be".
