  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-1685, to Senate File 529, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 3 through 10 and
  1  5 inserting the following:
  1  6    "#___.  Page 12, line 13, by striking the figure
  1  7 "2,025,201" and inserting the following:  "2,007,624".
  1  8    #   .  Page 12, by inserting after line 14 the
  1  9 following:
  1 10    "It is the intent of the general assembly that if
  1 11 the funds appropriated in this section are
  1 12 insufficient to meet the costs of the commission
  1 13 associated with the extended horse racetrack season,
  1 14 the commission may collect any deficient costs not to
  1 15 exceed $17,577 from the horse racetrack licensee.""
