  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 19, by striking lines 3 through 6 and
  1  4 inserting the following:  "It is the intent of the
  1  5 general assembly that lottery advertising promote or
  1  6 educate the public on the benefits of the lottery to
  1  7 Iowa, that the advertising not focus solely on
  1  8 winning, and that the advertising not be targeted
  1  9 toward minors."
