  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 2, by striking lines 19 and 20, and
  1  4 inserting the following:  "violation of this section
  1  5 and who has one previous conviction for a violation of
  1  6 this section commits an aggravated".
  1  7    #2.  Page 2, by striking lines 25 and 26, and
  1  8 inserting the following:  "violation of this section
  1  9 and who has two or more previous convictions for a
  1 10 violation of this section commits a class "D" felony."
