  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-1633 to House File 715 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 2, line 5, by inserting before the word
  1  4 "The" the following:  "e."
  1  5    #2.  Page 2, by striking lines 15 through 18, and
  1  6 inserting the following:  "shall adopt emergency rules
  1  7 to remove the following categories of prescription
  1  8 drugs for which prior authorization is currently
  1  9 required, unless contraindicated by the studies or
  1 10 otherwise directed by the general assembly:
  1 11    (1)  Nonsedating antihistamines.
  1 12    (2)  Histamine H2-receptor antagonists.
  1 13    (3)  Cephalexin hydrochloride monohydrate
  1 14 prescriptions.
  1 15    (4)  Single-source nonsteriodal anti-inflammatory
  1 16 drugs.
  1 17    (5)  Single-source benzodiazepines.
  1 18    (6)  Topical acne products.
  1 19    (7)  Proton pump inhibitors.""
