  1  3    #1.  Page 2, line 23, by striking the word "real".
  1  4    #2.  Page 2, line 27, by inserting after the word
  1  5 "resolution." the following:  "The notice shall also
  1  6 describe the property.  A locally known address for
  1  7 real property may be substituted for a legal
  1  8 description of real property contained in the
  1  9 resolution."
