  1  5    #2.  Page 8, line 6, by striking the figure "2."
  1  6 and inserting the following:  "b."
  1  7    #3.  Page 8, by inserting after line 7 the
  1  8 following:
  1  9    "2.  Moneys collected from the assessment of civil
  1 10 penalties and interest on civil penalties as provided
  1 11 for in this section shall be deposited in the manure
  1 12 storage indemnity fund as created in section 204.2."
