  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 33, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "harm." the following:  "This subsection shall apply
  1  5 to products first purchased, leased, bailed, or
  1  6 installed for use or consumption after the effective
  1  7 date of this Act."
