  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-1481, to House File 693 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 30, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "birthday" the following:  "provided that when the
  1  5 minor's parent or guardian has not exercised
  1  6 reasonable judgment in deciding whether to pursue the
  1  7 child's claim the statute of limitations tolls until
  1  8 one year after the minor reaches the age of majority".
