  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-1487, to House File 698 as

  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 41, by striking the word "twelve-
  1  4 month" and inserting the following:  "eighteen-month".
  1  5    #2.  Page 2, line 42, by inserting after the word
  1  6 "child." the following:  "The group shall include but
  1  7 is not limited to members of the child death review
  1  8 team."
