  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-1483, to House File 693 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 42, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "notice." the following:  "This subsection shall not
  1  5 be deemed to create a duty to recall or retrofit a
  1  6 product after the time of the initial sale or delivery
  1  7 of the product by the manufacturer, assembler,
  1  8 designer, supplier of specifications, seller, lessor,
  1  9 or distributor."
