  1  1    Amend House File 706 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 5, line 8, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "entities." the following:  "The provisions of section
  1  4 657.11 shall not apply to an authorized entity."
  1  5    #2.  Page 7, by inserting after line 17 the
  1  6 following:
  1  7    "Sec.    .  Section 657.11, Code 1997, is amended
  1  8 by adding the following new subsection:
  1  9    NEW SUBSECTION.  9.  This section does not apply to
  1 10 a person organized as an authorized entity as defined
  1 11 in section 9H.1."
