  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 5, by striking the word
  1  3 "willfully".
  1  4    #2.  Page 2, line 13, by inserting after the word
  1  5 "child" the following:  ", or whether the putative
  1  6 father demonstrated emotional support as evidenced by
  1  7 the putative father's conduct toward the mother".
  1  8    #3.  Page 3, line 5, by inserting after the figure
  1  9 "(1)." the following:  "In making a determination, the
  1 10 court may consider the conduct of the putative father
  1 11 toward the child's mother during the pregnancy."
