  1  1    Amend House File 681 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 3, by inserting after line 11 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  NEW SECTION.  455H.3A  REPORTING
  1  5 REQUIREMENTS.
  1  6    1.  An owner or operator shall immediately notify
  1  7 the department of natural resources when the owner or
  1  8 operator causes an environmental audit to be
  1  9 undertaken and when the environmental audit is
  1 10 completed.
  1 11    2.  An owner or operator who causes an
  1 12 environmental audit to be undertaken shall submit a
  1 13 copy of the environmental audit report to the
  1 14 department of natural resources within one month of
  1 15 the completion of the report.  All environmental audit
  1 16 reports submitted to the department shall be subject
  1 17 to the privilege requirements provided in this
  1 18 chapter."
  1 19    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
