1 9 attending a course of vocational-technical training
1 10 either as part of a regular school program or under
1 11 special arrangements adapted to the individual
1 12 person's needs, or is, in good faith, a full-time
1 13 student in a college, university, or community

1 16 regular term has not yet begun."
